Wei Nasal Jet Tube, an innovative device for performing Supraglottic Jet Oxygenation and Ventilation (SJOV), has 2 channels in the tube wall to provide supraglottic Jet pulse oxygen and monitor PetCO2 respectively. Multiple multicenter randomized clinical trials (RCT) have confirmed WNJ is highly effective to prevent hypoxia in patients receiving procedures of upper gastrointestinal or uterus endoscopy under propofol infusion heavy sedation, especially in obese patients, with minimal side effects or complications. Clinical studies also suggest that WNJ is a useful and convenient device to provide oxygenation/ventilation effectively during elective or emergent difficult airway management, with minimal side effects or complications.
